All card & tap to pay transactions include a $3 convenience fee. 🪄 Wax Prep 🪄 • Grow your shaved hair out! • Avoid caffeine & alcohol before your appointment — stimulants increase skin sensitivity. • Stop using retinoids, retinol, or acid-based products 7 days before waxing. • Exfoliate gently 24–48 hours before your appointment. • Avoid lotions/oils the day of your wax. • Wear loose clothing for your comfort ✨ Policies ✨ • For Brazilian services, hair should be at least grain-of-rice length (about 3+ weeks of growth from last shave for best results) The longer, the better! • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the links sent to you or by contacting me directly. Cancellations made after 24 hours of your original appointment time will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Failure to pay fee will prevent future appointments. Please communicate with me, I am very understanding and happy to accommodate! • No call/no shows = NO future bookings. • Please communicate if running late. After 7 MINUTES, your appointment will be considered a last minute cancellation. Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule/ cancel, please contact me 24hrs prior. For example: If you have an appt at 9am on Wednesday, I must be notified BEFORE 9am on Tuesday.
